Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Carrier All orders ship via USPS. Available service levels include First Class, Ground Advantage, Priority Mail, and Priority Mail Express depending on package size and weight.
Estimated Delivery Times
- First Class / Ground Advantage: 3–7 business days
- Priority Mail: 2–3 business days
- Priority Mail Express: 1–2 business days
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to carrier issues outside our control.
Shipping Destinations We ship to the United States and Canada. We do not offer shipping to other international destinations at this time.
Please note: Canadian orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our shipping rates.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package directly on the USPS website at usps.com.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at customerservice@ctrlrewind.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
