Return & Refund Policy

We only accept returns for defective or damaged items.We do not accept returns for change-of-mind, buyer's remorse, or any reason other than a defect or error on our part.

Returns If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at customerservice@ctrlrewind.com with photos of the issue. We will evaluate the claim and respond promptly.

Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Final Sale Items — No Exceptions The following items are final sale and not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances:

  • TCG (trading card game) this applies to all cards, single, packs, or boxed. 
  • Comics
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Refunds Approved refunds for defective items will be issued as store credit or a refund to the original payment method, at our discretion. Refunds typically process within 10 business days once the return is received and inspected.

Exchanges We accept exchanges for defective or incorrect items. If you'd like to exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at customerservice@ctrlrewind.com with photos of the issue. Once approved, we'll work with you to get the right item sent out.
